Ihre Aufgaben

• Close cooperation with the management regarding all compliance issues
• First point of contact and the only compliance resource in the Germany business
• Interaction with all levels of the organization
• Design, implementation, monitoring and further development of a global compliance programme and, if necessary, adaptation to local requirements (a Compliance Management System Framework Agreement exists in place with the Works Council)
• Design, planning and implementation of compliance training and communications for all hierarchical levels and departments in alignment with global training and communications plans
• Conducting internal investigations and supporting investigations conducted by external resources
• Close cooperation with the Human Resources, Legal and Data Protection departments as well as the local works councils works councils
• Addressing issues such as the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts, antitrust law and other ethical, compliance-related issues
• Supporting projects
• Coordination of and cooperation with external lawyers and consultants
• Willingness to travel on business from time to time
• Close coordination with and ensuring alignment to global compliance program; working with global compliance team
  

Ihr Profil

• Fully qualified lawyer, graduate or business lawyer or comparable completed studies
• Relevant professional experience in the field of compliance through working in an international law firm and/or an internationally operating company
• Expertise in the development and implementation of compliance-based risk assessments
• Business fluent in German and English
• Certification as an ethics and compliance professional or in the area of anti-corruption (e.g. CCEP / LPEC / TASA, etc.) desirable
• Excellent knowledge of anti-corruption law (e.g. FCPA, UK Bribery Act), competition and antitrust law as well as global corporate governance principles
• Awareness of financial control (SOX), AML requirements
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple, geographically diverse business channels
• Ability to work independently, professional demeanor, organizational skills and strong communication skills, excellent influencing skills
• Solution orientation, enthusiasm and decision-making skills
