Ihre Aufgaben

• Lead the S/4 Hana Conversion for FI, CO, TR, and BOFC
• Consult the business counterparts and challenge management's ideas to globally rollout best practices
• Responsibilities include facilitating task groups, monitoring their progress, and ensuring timely project deliverables among others
• Mentor and manage a diverse team
• Provide effective guidance on ERP solutions and mentor the team
• Strategically set team priorities to ensure timely work output of the highest quality
• Provide prompt, high-quality solutions to customer problems

Ihr Profil

• A bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting / Controlling
• In-depth experience in leading global teams and dealing with demanding stakeholders
• Deep knowledge in FI, CO, and TR (BOFC is an advantageous)
• Expertise in accounting principles and taxation; e.g., Indian GST, GAP, IFRS, etc.
• Solid professional experience in SAP FICO
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Experience working in an international setting is desirable
• English - fluent in business, German - beneficial
