We provide integrated services such as power contracts to provide access to 100% clean electricity. Our global center for technology, innovation and quality is located at our site in Thalheim. From our new office at Südkreuz in Berlin, we manage our sales and distribution as well as the advancement of our services.

• Strategic Partnership and Solution Design
  Partner with business process owners to provide strategic consultation, robust support, and innovative solutions for IT-product challenges, ensuring future-proof outcomes
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Requirement Prioritization
  Serve as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and business units, translating business needs within the PV and energy retail sectors into concise requirements and prioritized outcomes, with a relentless focus on efficient delivery
• Effective Communication and Alignment
  Facilitate clear communication of changes and system enhancements to a diverse array of stakeholders, including senior management
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Solution Delivery
  Foster close collaboration within cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, craft effective solutions, and successfully implement them to drive organizational success
• Strategic Vision
  Play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision and strategy alongside product leadership, actively contributing to roadmap development and participating in the talent acquisition process to build a high-performing team
• Product Evolution and Success Measurement
  Evolve the products in line with executive needs and business vision. Jointly define product success metrics to measure progress and advance success

Combines passion with know-how - your profile:

• You have a degree in Software Engineering or a related field, and have garnered multiple years of industry expertise, with 3-5 years specifically in IT product management, showcasing a track record of success in international environments, ideally in a leadership position
• You have expertise in defining and delivering product strategy, managing product and development life cycles, and proficiency in Change-Management, Requirement Engineering, SCRUM/XP/AGILE methodologies
• You exhibit exceptional analytical prowess, adept problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of business operations, with a focus on domains such as marketing, sales, operations, or finance. Previous experience in solar or energy sectors is highly desirable.
• You have demonstrated natural leadership qualities, focused decision-making, proactive problem-solving, and experience in building and guiding product and engineering teams
• You are fluent in English with a strong proficiency in German.
